Care & Clean

• Wipe with a clean damp cloth.
• Use of harsh chemical cleaners is not advised.
• Changes in temperature can cause wood to dry out and crack, and joints to shift out of place. We recommend placing wood furniture away from radiators and other heat sources.

Shipping & Delivery

• For Eastern Canada, estimated delivery times range from 7–14 business days.
• For Western Canada, estimated delivery times range from 4–10 business days.
• If any items are out of stock, their delivery may be delayed.
• Once your order is ready to ship, our dedicated delivery partners will contact you with the delivery window.
• Your new furniture will be delivered in its packaging to your front door. We take steps to ensure that your order is delivered securely and only to you. If you live in an area with a high risk of theft or have concerns about the security of your delivery, please contact our team to let us know. We’ll be happy to adjust the delivery to require a signature upon delivery.
• If your building has restricted access or if you’re unable to be present at your delivery appointment, we’ll do our best to deliver to the closest and safest delivery point. A signature is not required to complete the delivery.
• To cancel your order, please contact us via email. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you’ll receive a full refund. If it has already been shipped, return fees will apply.
  

Return & Warranty

• In accordance with legal warranty rights, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason, as long as you provide proof of purchase and a photo confirming the item is undamaged, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Return fees are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected.
• Defects or damages resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, or modifications are not covered.
• You may exchange any product in your order up to 30 days after delivery. There is no fee for the first exchange.
  If your new item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method. If it costs more, we will charge you the difference at the time of the exchange.
