Clean & Care

• The use of essential oils is not recommended.
• Do not use abrasive sponges or brushes that could scratch the finish.
• Do not use abrasive products containing acid or chlorine, as they may weaken the finish.

• Order processing may take up to a maximum of 48 business hours.
  
• For Eastern Canada, estimated delivery times range from 1–2 business days.
• For Western Canada, estimated delivery times range from 3–4 business days.
• Transit time is calculated in business days, meaning Saturdays and Sundays are not counted, unless a weekend delivery option was specifically offered at checkout.

Return & Warranty

• In accordance with legal warranty rights, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason, as long as you provide proof of purchase and a photo confirming the item is undamaged, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging. A refund will be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected.
• For damaged merchandise, you have 72 hours after delivery or pickup to request an exchange. After this period, we are not responsible for physical damage, and no exchange or refund will be processed. An exchange will be issued once all items have been received and inspected.
  
• In the case of manufacturing defects on acrylic bathtubs, the manufacturer offers an additional 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. At our discretion, we will repair or replace defective parts or products intended for normal residential use.
• We are not responsible for labor costs or any other expenses related to the installation, repair, or replacement of a product, nor for any damage, incident, direct or indirect loss or expense.
• We are not responsible for damage caused during transport or by the installer. Before installation, it is the responsibility of the installer, the contractor hired by the customer or the customer themselves to inspect the product and ensure it is not defective or damaged. In the event of damage, a claim must be made directly with the carrier and/or installer.
