Return & Warranty

  • 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance conditions; this applies to the fire pit, including parts and labor.
  • For damaged merchandise, you have 72 hours after delivery or pickup to request an exchange. After this period, we are not responsible for physical damage, and no exchange or refund will be processed. An exchange will be issued once all items have been received and inspected.
  • We are not responsible for labor costs or any other expenses related to the installation, repair, or replacement of a product, nor for any damage, incident, direct or indirect loss, or expense.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused during transport or by the installer. Before installation, it is the responsibility of the installer, the contractor hired by the customer, or the customer themselves to inspect the product and ensure it is not defective or damaged. In the event of damage, a claim must be made directly with the carrier and/or installer.
  • The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damages caused by the customer of any kind, including but not limited to: damages resulting from abuse or misuse of the product; damages due to normal wear and tear; damages resulting from alterations, customization, or modifications by the customer; damages caused by exposure to heat, cold, water, snow, or other environmental or hazardous elements; lost, stolen, or vandalized products; damages caused by an accident; damages resulting from commercial or rental use of the product.
  • Any approved refund (less a 25% restocking fee) will be applied to the original method of payment used for the purchase, with no exceptions.
  • Do not return any product before contacting us and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Shipping fees for an approved return are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please ensure that the packaging, product, accessories, and instructions are included. Failure to comply will result in a denial of the refund.
  • While all packages are insured with our carriers against loss or damage during transit, we are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery to the customer’s/buyer’s shipping address. Backyard Lifestyles accepts no responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer/buyer. Once the package is delivered by the carrier, it is considered the property of the customer/buyer, and it is their responsibility to protect it from theft.
